The Concept Coffee Roasters is located a few minutes from the busy pedestrian zone in Piešťany. We focus on perfect coffee preparation. Top technical equipment such as La Marzocco Strada EP, Nouva Simonelli Mythos One or Mahlkönig EK43 help us to prepare coffee using alternative methods. However, the base of the coffee is water, which undergoes several stages of treatment and in the end, minerals are mixed in the exact ratio.

Last but not least, we offer tartlets, cheesecakes or RAW cakes (without gluten, lactose, eggs, sugar and, in addition, vegan) in the café, and we always try to surprise you with a seasonal offer. We make cakes in our own Concept Bakery.

Homemade lemonade, ice tea prepared from selected loose tea or cold brew is a matter of course.

There is also a corner with coffee and tea making facilities, freshly roasted coffee and selected loose tea.
