Why is this coffee in special offer?
Back in summer of 2022, we were approach by our long time client who was going to open new spot and wanted coffee which would be roasted only for his coffee shops. As we are always open for exciting collaborations, we jumped the gun and said yes. As he is our dear friend, we didn’t want to strain his budget in times of costly renovation of new space so we decided to fund the beans ourself. However sometimes when life gives you lemons, the lemonade is really sour and plans do not go as one planned.
This left us with lots of awesome green coffee in our warehouse – much more than we can make use of in our coffee shop. This coffee was bought in autumn 2022, so it is still fresh green bean in great quality. It was splendid in recent cupping and we guarantee the quality is up to our standarts. We just have so much, we decided to offer it for grabs in huge discount.

Kenya Kigari
Kenya Kirinyaga Kabare Kimandi AA GrainPro is sourced from family owned farms organized around the Kimandi Factory (wet mill) located in Kirinyaga County, Kenya, a growing region in the fertile foothills of Mount Kenya. The Kabare Farmers Cooperative Society manages the Kimandi Factory, which processes cherry from members who generally cultivate around 250 coffee trees on half-acre plots. With the harvest coming from small parcels, cherry classification is the most critical variable for ensuring cup quality. Small plots give these producers more control to strategically pick and deliver only the ripest cherry to the factory. Additional cherry sorting is also done at the factory before the coffee is depulped, fermented and washed.
