Competition Statute (General Terms and Conditions)
1. Competition Organizer

Registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the District Court of Trnava, section s.r.o., file no. 35424/T, (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer")
2. Date and Place of the Competition
The competition runs from 26.11.2025, 00:00 to 30.11.2025, 23:59.The competition takes place on the website www.conceptcoffee.sk.
3. Conditions of Participation
A natural person who meets the following conditions may participate in the competition:- Registered user of www.conceptcoffee.sk
- Has reached the age of 18 (or 15 with the consent of a legal guardian).
- Fulfills the conditions of participation defined in point 4.
- Employees of the Organizer and their family members are excluded from the competition.
- The competition is intended for end customers; wholesale partners are excluded from the competition.
4. Competition Rules (Mechanism)
To participate in the competition, the participant must:CONDITION 1 - purchase on the e-shop www.conceptcoffee.sk from 26.11.2025, 00:00 to 30.11.2025, 23:59
CONDITION 2 - Purchase one of the pair of Christmas coffees - Christmas Punch or Merry Christmas
5. Prize
The prize is a Fellow Aiden batch brewer.The value of the prize is: 349€.
Number of winners: 1.
6. Determination of the Winner and Notification of the Prize
The winner will be determined by random draw on 2.12.2025.The winner will be contacted by e-mail within 7 days of the end of the competition.
If the winner does not respond within 3 days, they lose the right to the prize and a substitute will be drawn.
7. Handover of the Prize
The prize will be sent by courier at the Organizer's expense to an address in the Slovak Republic specified by the winner or handed over in person at the Organizer's premises address.The right to the prize cannot be transferred to another person.
8. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
By participating in the competition, the participant grants the Organizer consent to the processing of their personal data in the range of name, surname, email, and in the case of winning, address and phone number for the purpose of evaluating the competition and delivering the prize.Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the EP and of the Council (GDPR). The participant has the right to withdraw their consent at any time.
9. Special Provisions
The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta (Facebook/Instagram) in any way and has no connection with it.The competition participant acknowledges that they have no claims against Meta.
10. Final Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to change the competition rules, the duration of the competition, as well as to cancel the competition at any time during its duration.The prize cannot be enforced by legal action, nor can its financial compensation be requested.
These terms and conditions become valid on 25.11.2025.
