Product detailed description
Peace of cake
Peace of cake is our new espresso blend. Sweet espresso with a full creamy body and balanced fruity acidity. Berries, almonds and chocolate. By roasting, we want to highlight the sweetness of the two selected coffees, so that this coffee is like a sweet dessert either plain or with milk.

Seasonal espresso blend
50% Natural Colombia
Started coffee cultivation in 2010 at El Vergel Estate (Tolima). In 2019, Forest Coffee was founded to innovate processing, promote sustainability, and connect 250 Colombian grower families directly to global markets with transparency. Processing: 48 to 60-hour anaerobic fermentation, combined drying (raised beds/mechanical), and a 25-day stabilization before milling.
50% Natural Brazil
Selective mechanical picking occurs typically with 40-60% ripe coffee on the tree, with 5% green, 10% underripe, and the rest tree dried. Each brings its own unique characteristics to a coffee, so a sample is picked, processed and roasted to check taste is as expected before the order is given to pick the specific lot. Sorting is done on a specially adapted wet mill, first with density sorting that removes overripes, then with the drier and natural beans being sorted from the ripes, underripes and greens.

Brazília – Mundo Novo – Silná a produktívna rastlina s kvalitným plodom, ale náchylná na hlavné choroby. Pestuje sa hojne v Južnej Amerike, ale zriedkavo aj v Strednej Amerike a Karibiku.
Natural
Natural sundried, also called “natural process” or “dry process,” means drying coffee cherries whole without the intervention of water or machines to remove any of the fruit. Prior to drying, the cherries are picked, floated in water, and sorted to remove any under-ripe or overripe fruit.
