Terms and Conditions for Discount Codes

The e-shop conceptcoffee.sk provides customers with discount codes and coupons as part of marketing campaigns. By applying a code in the cart, you confirm your agreement with the following rules:

• Validity: Each code has a limited time validity (indicated in the newsletter or on social media). After this period, it becomes invalid.

• One-time use: Unless otherwise stated, the code can only be used once. After the order is submitted, the code loses its validity.

• Combinability: Discounts cannot be combined. Only one code can be used per order, and it cannot be joined with other promotions or sales.

• Scope of discount: The discount is calculated from the price of the goods. It does not apply to shipping, cash on delivery, or other fees.

• Application: The code must be entered into the "Enter discount coupon" field directly in the shopping cart and confirmed with the "Add" button. The discount cannot be applied retroactively after the order has been submitted.

• B2B Restrictions: Discount codes are intended exclusively for retail customers. They cannot be applied to purchases made through B2B accounts.

Notice: The operator reserves the right to cancel the validity of a code in case of its misuse or suspicion of fraudulent activity. The code is not exchangeable for cash.
