Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship orders using Packeta Pickup points or GLS home delivery.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally by Packeta Pickup points.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

In Slovakia we will delivery your order within 24 – 48 hours after shipping with GLS, 2 – 4 days by Packeta.
Delivery for Czechia usually takes 48 – 72 hours after shipping with GLS, 2 – 4 days by Packeta.
For the rest of Europe we will delivery your order within 3 – 5 days after shipping by available shipping company.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

1. Payment by card
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA Electron and Maestro credit and debit cards. We will start processing the order on the next day of roasting, right after the payment is made. Transfer data is secured and protected.

2. Direct payment to the account
After ordering, make the payment to our bank account according to the instructions. We will start processing the order on the next day of roasting, but only when the payment is credited and identified.

3. Cash on delivery
With cash on delivery, we start preparing the order immediately on the next roasting day.

For each valid order, we issue an invoice in accordance with applicable regulations. It will be attached to the order.

Packeta as well as GLS will send you and email with tracking number. Please use link in given email to track you package.
